RIMUP activity in SJKC Bukit Tingg, Bentong, Pahang.

90 pupils from SK Janda Baik and SJKC Bukit Tinggi had a joyous day to mingle around. They did warm up exercises, played games and joked with with each other.
This meaningful activity was held in the field of SJKC Bukit Tinggi, hosted by Kawasan Rukun Tetangga (KRT) Janda Baik. Its secretary En Muhamad Atal Bin Abdul Manap said they spent a month to do the planning of activities, making sure that children use every opportunity to get to know each other and working together. As this is the first programme for KRT Janda Baik. KRT Janda Baik Chairman, En. Zainudin B. Daud (a.k.a PDK Ayahanda Long mail) said they wish to organize larger programme which includes bigger community.
En. Ahmad Puat Bin Haji Junus , the Pegawai Perpaduan Daerah Bentong (National Unity and Integration Department) said its objective is to cultivate unity among pupils, teachers and community around the area. It is hoped that through fun and interactive games, the participants would learn to understand each other better. He thanks both schools for participation, KRT for organizing and Jabatan Pelajaran Daerah Bentong who join effort to make this programme a success.
Line dancing was lead by Nor Holijah bte Musa and Tan Kwai Fan from Jabatan Perpaduan Integrasi Nasional Daerah Bentong.

SJKC Bukit Tinggi Headmaster, Thum Veng Keng was glad to see the harmonious mingling of pupils from different races: Malays, Chinese, Indian and Asli kids. A true One Malaysian teamwork spirit was seen clearly here. He sincerely thank all parties who contributed to make this event a success.
Headmaster of SK Janda Baik Kamarudin Bin Hassan represents the school and Jabatan Pelajaran Negari Pahang to thank Jabatan Perpaduan Negara Daerah Bentong to host this RIMUP 2011. He said, before this, RIMUP was only done by schools but this year is different, because it involved 4 parties, that is : pupils, Government agencies, teachers & local community. He hope that this programme could be continue next year in SK Janda Baik. And wish to involve participation from the Asli community in Janda Baik.
Event organizer En. Norazaludin Azlan B. Razaly and Puan Phoo Ah Moi from Jabatan Perpaduan Negara, Daerah Bentong, said this is the 3rd similar activity held in Bentong. All were done smoothly and its objectives achieved.
